Multifunctional Laundry and Office

Multifunctional Laundry and Office space. Layered rugs, plants, and granite with a repurposed vanity for a deep laundry sink bring outside colors inside. We cut a hole in the wall next to the sink to fit the washer and dryer into a handy safe saving space. We turned the closet next to the fireplace into an office cove with matching granite.

Retirement Retreat

My clients recently retired to Colorado from Minnesota, and came with almost nothing. It was their desire to start fresh. They had distinct drive to hire me to help create a new living space. It was their goal to have this house become a home that felt like it was truly theirs, because it was truly 'them.' They embraced natural elements and took a bit of a leap with more color than they had previously been comfortable with. They are thoroughly enjoying their home as a retreat, when they're not out and about enjoying recreation in beautiful Colorado!

Retirement Retreat Master

This Master suite is a part of the Retirement Retreat Portfolio. These clients moved here from the Midwest after retiring. They decided they wanted to purchase all new things for their master suite, with the exception of a dresser and the stunning artwork you see pictured above their newly repurposed dresser. I suggested that we re-purpose their dresser from a less than aesthetically desirable stain color and style, into something 'new.'  We 'brought it into' classic black with a little sheen, donned it with clear hardware, and placed it under their beautiful artwork. They love it, along with the natural elements, and earthy colors and textures. It was such a delight to work for these clients who loved bringing continuity into this space by bringing the outside in. It turned out to be a perfect blend of colors from our Colorado red rocks, scrub oaks, and beautiful mountains...and right outside their windows!

Stunning Statements

This lovely home sits on top of a mountain with no shortage of breathtaking views all around the property. It is filled with Rustic and Eclectic stone, tile, and wood. Due to the uniqueness of this home, we brought in stunning lighting from West Elm to help it's character stand out even more.  Adding more textures, plants, and leather mixed amidst different shades of pink, green and blue made this mountain top gem become a treasured haven for this very special family.


Calming Sophistication

This lovely Colorado Springs home located in the Rockrimmon area has received a complete transforming makeover. It went from dated colors and styles to beautiful shades of blush, ivory, blues, and soft pinks. It's transitional style pairs wonderfully with the newly acquired open concept for their living, dining and kitchen space.

Mountain Master Makeover

This lovely renovated mountain master bedroom received a full remodel of it's existing master bedroom and closet. It also received a completely new master bathroom (two room suite), and a new master walk in closet, complete with wallpaper on the ceiling. This entire space speaks bright and beautiful. The porcelain flooring was designed with two colors, weathered white and gray. The barn doors were made from wood that was shipped in from this client's family homestead in IL.  This space truly restored the old and embraced the new!

Claire's Sanctuary

A lovely young girl's bedroom received a complete whimsical makeover. 
She enjoys Harry Potter, the colors pink and mauve, cats, and writing. 
Metallic antiqued wallpaper along with gold and white décor made this space come to life!

Clean Living

This beautiful new Colorado Springs home located in Cordera is full of natural light and beautiful wood floors. Soft dusty blues and plums paired with ivory and white make for a gorgeous clean and airy aesthetic.

Kissing Camels Chalet

This 1970's Kissing Camels Condo is full of beautiful original woodwork and parquet flooring. This client has chosen Roche Bobois pieces for almost every room in her home. This entry way was designed to feel both contemporary and warm. The original wrought iron railing paired with white walls and an ultra contemporary console make for an inviting entrance.

Repurposed Eclectic Living

This home is eclectically styled with pops of bold colors in rustic and modern styles with lots of texture. It is full of warmth, liveliness, and a lovely and active family!

Eclectic Salon Waxafras

This salon, located in a large house in downtown Colorado Springs is full of character.  It's wood floors and vintage chairs paired with fun eclectic jungle wallpaper aside medium pink walls make for a truly unique waiting room. The bold colors of red orange and deep blue mixed with an antique chandelier make this esthetician's work space something different and full of life.
This space truly says, "Be bold, brave, and enjoy yourself and everyone you meet!"

Mother in Law Suite

This lovely new suite is a part of a new addition. We used her existing furniture and brought in new rugs, window treatments, mirrors, chair, bedding, and accents. The overall color palette is dusty pink, gray, ivory, and gray blue. It speaks of traditional graces.

Eclectic Charm Living

This lovely home came alive with a variety of colors, textures, patterns and unique pieces. One of my favorite things about this project was taking an old Dining room hutch and turning it into a home bar for this couple's living room where they often entertain friends and family.

Renovated Salon

Rustic glam is what this space came alive through. The soft subtle tones with a pop of wallpaper and character-filled pieces provided this space the comfort and relaxation needed. The beautiful lighting brought in the glam for a lovely pairing.

I decorated this home with consideration for this couple's love of Modern Havana,  entertaining, New York Yankees, Hollywood, and dogs! Each room has a unique part to play!

The Fog Lifted

This client hired us to surprise their 14 year old daughter with a room makeover for her Christmas gift. How fun this project was! Sylvie went with me to shop for accessories for her room and chose (if my memory serves me right) 14 candles! 
This room went from foggy to the fog lifting! It was truly a delight to see the transformation and hear what a respite it has been for Sylvie during covid-19.
